MyViamonde is the area of our website specially created for school party leaders, parents of children enrolled in school ski programmes camps, as well as Viamonde staff.

Parents of children enrolled in a school ski programme should contact their child's school directly for the relevant login information.

We are grateful and proud to receive so many letters of thanks and recommendation from party leaders, whose groups we have looked after.

Thanks so much for organizing yet another spectacular trip. Everything went very smoothly and we all had a fabulous time. As usual, Viamonde’s attention to detail and the outstanding staff was the major determinant in the success of our trip. We all adored the counsellors, who had a fabulous balance of fun and structure.

It was evident from the high degree of motivation, sense of achievement and genuine happiness amongst the students that the tour was a truly successful learning experience for all. Please extend my thanks to the ski counsellors who worked so hard to make our week so great!

I am very impressed by the counsellors’ impeccable behaviour and appearance. I am very pleased with the safety standards, instructors’ involvement in teaching, interaction with the children, motivating them and giving them a fun experience. Thank you!

First let me say thank you for a great week. All of Viamonde’s personnel were excellent and always approached their responsibilities professionally and thoroughly. They quickly took care of all our needs, including our exceptional health problems. In fact all the counsellors worked so hard, I never worried about the students. The food was also excellent, healthy and tasty.

Sample menu

One of the many aspects of a Viamonde programme that sets it above the competition is the quality of its food.

The following is a sample daily menu and further details are available on request:

Every day includes a choice of cereals, breads & pastries and fresh fruit & yoghurt. Daily additions usually include pancakes, eggs, meats and cheeses. Fruit juices, hot chocolate, tea and coffee are always served.

Where the standard picnic lunch option is taken, a daily choice of sandwich fillings will be offered, together with fruit and a chocolate or cereal bar. Most indoor mountain picnic areas require that anyone using their facilities purchase a drink, so party leaders should ensure that every participant brings enough pocket money for this. For groups choosing the restaurant lunch option, depending on the restaurant, daily choices usually include spaghetti Napolitaine, chicken and French fries, lasagne, sausage and French fries, soup and bread, etc. A drink is included in the supplement.

Afternoon snack ("gouter")

On returning to the chalet or hotel, fresh fruit, bread and jam, cereal bars or similar will always be available, together with water, tea and coffee.

A salad buffet, with a choice of vegetarian salads is always available. A vegetarian soup is served every day and main courses include spaghetti bolognaise, shepherd's pie, fish in batter, roast chicken, chilli con carne, etc. served with French fries, boiled potatoes, rice or pasta, etc. and a vegetable. Deserts usually include fruit tart, chocolate mousse, ice cream, fresh fruit salad, etc.

Please note that the above sample menu is typical of that served at chalets and hotels owned and operated by Viamonde. When we specially contract hotel accommodation, for example in Nendaz and Leysin, menus are often more simple, although still healthy and plentiful.
