Viamonde is an established Swiss company, specialising in providing ski, snowboard, outdoor education and multi-activity programmes in Switzerland to international schools throughout the world.

Since graduating from the University of Bath in the UK, Robert has directed and developed international ski and snowboard programmes as well as summer camps and school outdoor education programmes for more than 30 years. His wide-ranging experience extends from directing summer camps in the UK and the Ardèche, France, to leading trekking tours in Nepal, and he has travelled extensively throughout Western Europe, India, Nepal, Mexico, the Caribbean, Canada and the USA. Living and working in Anzère, Switzerland, Robert enjoys the mountain environment year-round, but travels extensively to meet party leaders and parents at schools throughout the world.
Lawrence was raised in the surf capital of the United Kingdom and grew up with a passion for outdoor sports. Following his first winter season in New Zealand, he traded sand, sea and surf for cool mountain air and incredible vistas. After becoming immersed in mountain life, his work in events co-ordination, summer camps and youth organisations allowed him to live and travel across some of the world’s most famous mountain resorts in Europe, New Zealand, Australia and Canada. Lawrence joined the Viamonde family in 2013 and manages all aspects of our operations, staff recruitment, staff training and programme development.
Toméo started skiing in Switzerland at a young age, with Anzère, where Viamonde is based, his unofficial second home. After finishing his international school education in and around Geneva and ski instructor training in Canada, Toméo joined us as a ski and snowboard counsellor. Toméo’s passion for outdoor sports extends to mountain biking and puts his Mountain Bike Leader certificate to good use, with responsibility for the mountain biking element of our outdoor education programmes. Toméo now leads our ski and snowboard programmes in Saas-Grund where he shares his passion of snowsports, working hard to ensure that all the students in our care get the most out of their time with us.
Luna usually hang out at the Viamonde office in Anzère, loves visiting all our resorts to meet our clients.
Kumah is no longer with us, but she is sorely missed.
